I have a older post but that is before I talked with the tech reps last week (same problem). I went into the event viewer in Windows 7 and copied it with a copy and paste into windows microsoft.

I can send that log if someone wants it but it looks like I have a path directory problem and I'm not sure what to delete as it took me quite a while before I got Fuse 222 installed.

Basically everytime I try to hook up the amp with my laptop when I have fender fuse software running. It immediately stops working. Below is the log information:
Thanks

Hi Rose,

It appears that some amp data is corrupted. There are a few things that I'd like you to try. One of them is performing a media restore on your G-DEC 3. This will reload all of the factory content. All you need is an SD card and the G-DEC 3 DVD. Give me a call and I can walk you through it.

Loren, the tech rep had me reset with the buttons on the amp. But since your way was different I tried it again. The readme files led me through the process. I saw that the amp was restored to original settings. I then pulled out the SD card and deleted the two files
that involved in the restore - then put back the sd card and rebooted the amp.

I then opened up fenderfuse and then plugged in the amp. Fender fuse shuts down.

This is the latest from the event viewer showing what happened. I like to know why on page 9 it states system unauthorized access is denied.

I am the administrator and just to make sure I clicked on my right button mouse and ran fenderfuse as a administrator. So I know that is not the problem.
