I've been using Fuse with my Mustang II for a couple of weeks. All of a sudden it tells me there is no amplifier connected. I can hear it in Amplitube, so I know the computer sees the amp. Any ideas why Fuse isn't seeing the amp any longer? :?:

Update:
I've read through the forums and found that my problem is not unique. I've been through the fixes that have been suggested:

Uninstalled then reinstalled the driver on the composite USB that my Mustang is using. No change

Went into Control Panetl>Sound and found Mustang was connected and the sound level indicator showed it was receiving signal (higher when I cranked the Mustang up a little).

This indicates to me that the computer sees the Mustang. I did note that the driver selected by the computer for the USB was "Windows Driver". Should it have been something else? If not, I don't know what the problem could be.

Looking forward to the wisdom of the forum!

Hey cbrady2140,

Try this:

Go to C:\Program Files\Fender\Fender FUSE and run the Fender FUSE Driver Setup.exe file. Let me know if you see a difference in behavior.

For future reference, it appears that there is an issue with web-filtering software such as CyberSitter and Fuse. I found, through trial and error, that turning off the filter fixed the problem. Might be a good question to ask when troubleshooting in the future. Just sayin'

Thanks all!
