I have started recording my GDec 3 (30W) using Cakewalk Guitar Tracks Pro v3 using ASIO. Everything is working great. Now I want to record the backing tracks from the amp but it seems that only the guitar signal is sent via USB. Is that the case or am I missing something?

Why don't you try dropping or importing the MP3/WAV backing track into a Guitar Tracks Pro audio track? You'll have more independent flexibility to adjust volume, panning, effects, etc. that way on that specific backing track. I do this with my Mustang II, Sonar LE and other backing tracks. Of course, I'm conscious of copyright laws too.
