Hi. I bought a Fender Mustang I amplifier yesterday. I've downloaded the latest version of Fender Fuse (2.2.2). Everyting was good. It started downloading Fuse then The Silverlight. But When try to open The Fuse It appears "loading please wait" and then suddenly it becomes dark. Now I can see only a black window, and nothing happens. So it is not working. What can i do? I've bought a new amplifier but i can not use its software. :(
My Operaiting System: Windows XP Service pack 3

Waiting your help...

Haven't run into that issue myself but there is a thread that seems to apply to the symptoms you are describing. It is 12 pages so I haven't gone through it.

I seem to recall something about Fuse/Silverlight/Windows XP...

Hope this helps...

You're experiencing a problem that many FUSE users have experienced. It's alleged that there is some sort of DOS program that you can run that will fix the problem for XP, but I haven't seen a download link for it. Check with the Fender people about that.

Of course, make sure that you're running Internet Explorer 7.0 (or higher).
