Hey guys,

I'm having problems uploading a preset to the community site - when I save the preset to my computer from the amp, open the media library and right click on the preset there is supposed to be an upload button I can press (according to the fender help) but I dont get such a button.

Has anbody else encountered this and found a solution?

Cheers, Gareth

You have to be logged into FUSE, which is different than this forum, to be able to upload.

I logged in when I went to Main Menu, View, Web Community figuring it logged me into fuse on my computer, but it obviously doesnt (fuse doesnt detect my amp with my main computer so the only alternative is to use a small netbook computer and fuse doesnt resize to fit on this so the bottom is cut off and couldnt see the Login button and "Not Logged In" next to it).

Oh well, guess I'll have to wait until fuse gets updated to either be more compatible so it works on my main computer or it has a resize/scroll bar to view the bottom of fuse on my netbook.

Cheers bclarke!

I have the same issue. I am logged into Fuse but still don't have the option to upload to the community. The patch/preset is saved to my hard drive. I'm using a MacBook Pro.

Hey Guys,

We plan to have those scroll bars in an upcoming release.

jwoertz - Can you confirm that you're logged in using the login area in the lower right corner of FUSE? Also, you have to be the author of the preset to upload it.

I have the same issue. :(

There is no option to upload to FUSE when I right click one of my presets. I am logged in. This is a major bummer, as this was one of the main reasons I was drawn to this amp(Mustang III). Is there a fix? I have the newest version of FUSE, and I'm on the beta firmware 1.6. Is it the firmware that's the issue?

I ran into this before. You are logged into the FUSE program on your PC, but for some reason, you're NOT logged into the FUSE Community. You'll need to go to the home page for the FUSE Community and log in there. Then, you'll be able to upload presets.

Thanks for your reply. I'll look into that when I get home.
