This thread was started 2 months ago and so far has garnered 15 posts.

To me that indicates that not many people are having issues with Fuse...

If you look through the forum you'll see it has far more replies than most posts. I don't have problems per se it's just that it is a very immature, cumbersome and lacking app. Rearranging presets is a HUGE problems if you need a lot like I do.

Does anyone know how to dis-able all the bands, presets, etc. and just plug the guitar in and easily set the effects? I spend more time trying to set the GDEC like I want it, than I do playing. I can't help believe that if this GDEC were really that user friendly and easy to use, some much information about problems, etc. would not be posted on this sight. I would never purchase such a complicated amp again! Help!

Once you've found a sound you like, save it to preset 00, and it will come on when you turn on the G-DEC 3!

Did we blame huffy or schwinn when we crashed our bikes when we first learned how to ride a bike? :) No, we got off our a**'s and tried and tried again. Be patient and enjoy learning this program - enjoy the ride so to speak! I had my frustrations at times, but Fender Tech Support and this forum was a huge help in solving my issues and answering my questions.

Just got my Country G-dec. Installed Fuse on my windows 7 laptop. This is one of most frustrating, user unfriendly, bug-filled programs I have ever tried to use. Fender needs to hire a top notch software contractor to straighten this mess out. I love the concept, but almost unusable for a common layperson computer owner. Advanced owners manual leaves a multitude of questions unanswered. Downloading, importing and exporting presets and band tracks is an exercise in futility for me. As well as trying to find where those files end up. Hope someone at Fender is listening.

banjocaster, have you located or viewed any of the support videos for FUSE and the GDEC? If not here's the links, hope this helps!
