Admittedly I haven't been using FUSE much lately, because I'm happy with my current presets, but in just a few minutes of using it I ran across a couple of things.

When opening the media library and selecting computer no presets are displayed. If I click open the open dialog comes up with my presets folder selected and I can see all of my presets. If I open one it updates the G-Dec3, but the media library is still empty.

If I click add to Library the open dialog shows my preset folder as well, but when I select a preset it doesn't appear in the media library. Why doesn't the media library display the presets that are on the computer?

I also noticed the when I try and modify the band settings to slow down an MP3 file it has no affect.

I'm afraid to keep looking for issues, because I could be at it all night. The software has such promise, but it seems very under developed. I see there are over 17,000 registered users now so hopefully the IT folks at Fender are putting in some OT to get all the bugs worked out.

Maybe supporting the software on multiple platforms and multiple amps wasn't such a good idea.

I guess you could keep experimnting, there are some usable interations with the amp and computer. If you feel your amp has issues, Fender has a great 5 yr warranty. They replaced my broken amp quickly with no problems.

I am having the same problem (years later) with Fuse 2.7.1
After some use I can no longer see my presets under the "computer" tab in the media library viewer.
Connection to the Amp does not make any difference.
The problem is fixed temporarily by Windows 7 restart.
I have submitted log and event files to support for resolution.
