When i bring in new band tracks from the Fender website do these have to be transferred to the amp's hard drive before i can play them?--the band tracks that came with the amp play fine but i can't get new ones to play--could this be Mac related?

The band tracks need to be in the Fender/fuse/audio/mp3 folder in order to find them in fuse or on the sd card. Drag them from wherever you downloaded them on your computer to the mp3 folder either on your computer or sd card. Then in fuse go to the media library and find it there

Yep, did that but when i double click it does nothing--when i right click i get a pull-down that asks me if i want to transfer it to the amps hard drive--i have to erase a preset first tho-it says the hard drive is full.

Ok, it seems you can only load the track if you have it on the sd card. You can load a preset from the computer, but you can't load a preset from the sd card. Do you have a card inserted in the amp? You need one. It enables you to have unlimited tracks on the amp that you can either load and match up with a preset or in QA mode play any preset and scroll through the tracks for the one you want to play around with. Hope this helps.

Actually, you can import Presets from an SD card, but it's much more intuitive to use FUSE for that. You definitely want to purchase an SD card though. The amp ships full of Band Tracks and there isn't really space to add your own to the internal memory unless you delete some factory Band Tracks using FUSE.
