Did I miss something?
While some of the effects are pretty basic, the rack effects and some of the stompboxes are not clear as to what control does what. While the Amplifiers are pretty clear which originals were used to model, it might be nice to know what were the basis for the effects, and a basic instruction sheet for each.
And before anyone acts like "I don't need no stinkin' instructions sheet" explain to me how the LR Phase control affects the sound on the Vibratone. Even Electro-Harmonix came/comes with an instruction sheet.
All kidding aside, some idea of the original models for the effects would make it easier to setup if you were familiar with the original.

Somebody mentioned before that the BOSS effects website has all the info on there effects and it may help with these as well.

One step on my journey to decode some of the functions was to find out what real-world devices inspired some of the effects and models.
This is from an earlier thread:

I went to that link and archived it on my computer for future reference.

The fuzzes on that link are incorrect.

The Big Fuzz should be listed as a Big Muff not a Fuzz Face.

I can’t speak for the Standard Fuzz stomp but I think it’s some type of octafuzz not a Tone Bender.

I wish fender had a Fuzz Face on there but on the other hand, fuzz is just one of those things I think modeling has yet to get right.
