When I open up the Preset Info area I can not access the author field. I can understand not editing the Patch name field but this seem to be the only area where the "author" field is shown.

I do not get that field as an option to edit when I am saving the patch on the Mustang V head firmware 1.5.

Any idea's what I am doing wrong . . . . . Lauren??

Once you upload it to the Fuse Presets Online it will enter you as the author in your preset. It will assign whatever your Fuse public name is.

OK, thanks got it - . . . . hummm .. So I have to "Up load it" then "download" it for it to show in my personal (PC) library. Rather convoluted, don't you think? LOL

No, it will plug your ID it into your preset in your Media Library as well. Think of it this way, you are not the author til you publish it somewheres.

you just have to be 'online' when you save the preset on your comp. no need to upload...

If your logged on and if you edit the preset and add/change a tag, for example, it will put your account name in the Author field. Don't forget to click on Save afterwords.
