Perhaps it is not being recognized correctly...that or I cannot for the life of me figure out how to select the Mustang as a recording device.

When I click on properties (for Mustang Amplifier) it claims there are no drivers installed for the device [EDIT: when I try to update them, it says "drivers are correct and up to date" or something like that]...I did finally get Amplitube to register some sound (it shows that it's receiving sound though I do not hear anything from my speakers...only the amp speaker)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the ASIO driver several times. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the programs a couple times. I've been trying everything I could possibly think of for the last hour (I'm starting to feel dumb lol)

EDIT: I just tried uninstalling the Mustang Amplifier drivers again...seems both times I plugged it back into my computer, it would start searching for the drivers online but freezes up.

Some of these sorts of questions were addressed in the Mustang area of the forum, here's one thread, you'll have to look around a bit for more info.

Did you follow the steps I recommended previously? The Mustang will show up as a "USB Composite Device" under Universal Serial Bus Controllers in Device Manager.

I spent a good amount of time over the weekend trying different things (including those that were suggested here)...I got it to work in Reaper (recording and playback), but Fuse still reFuses (pun intended  ) to recognize the amp.

I was about to ask if there was a specific driver I could get to install. If I look at the Mustang in the USB devices (yes, it is labeled as a usb composite device), I notice that there are "no drivers installed." Yet when I try to update the drivers, the computer returns with "all necessary drivers are up to date" or something like that.

It was after I uninstalled and reinstalled that it worked in Reaper. However, during this process (while letting Windows get the right drivers) my computer froze...I restarted it and suddenly the amp was working (in Reaper). I am quite mystified by the whole process...seems like I just get lucky. Perhaps it won't work tonight when I want to try some more recording lol

On a side note, when playing back what I had recorded last night, I was almost teary-eyed...soooo excited that I thought I figured it out. The sound quality was AMAZING 8) I really can't wait to get this to work full-time!

Cheers!
Jordan
