Hi, just got my mustang II. I love it!! More on that later though. Installed new Fuse and firmware and all went fine. My problem is that when logged into the Fuse community, which took 4 tries BTW, the band tracks I download do not appear in my fender audio folder, they disappear into thin air. Also, only certain downloaded presets appear within Fuse although they appear in the fender presets folder on my hard drive. I dowloaded about 10 and only 4-5 show up. When I download a preset, it appears in fuse, amp and all, however, the name does not appear in the dropdown list. If I switch to a different preset without naming it first, its gone for good in the drop down list and doesnt appear in my media window. I also lose the preset info. Any ideas??

I dont know why there not goin into the audio folder... I cannot answer that ..but they must me going somewhere... The second one I can help with. Sometimes this happens to me too. I download a bunch and notice they dont show ... (as work-around) I close down the Fuse program and re-open it...than everythings there. I think its just our laptops over-heating and screwing up the lists. I notice weird things on certain websites that heat this baby up alot.

Thanks aLinux! Rebooting worked. It's strange though, that's what I first tried and it didn't work. I shut down for the night, checked the message board this afternoon, read your suggestion, opened Fuse, and the presets were there. The preset info is there too.

However, the band track issue isn't resolved. I tried using Safari and it didn't work either. I can't even preview the band tracks, so somethings up. One of the main decisions to buy the amp was to practice along with the band tracks. Fender, Loren, any ideas?

Cool..whenever it doesn't show up ..close it down and open a few times until it works :)
So you tried downloading manually to your (Documents)->(Fender)->(Fuse)->(Audio)->(WaveMP3) directory and they still aren't shoing up within Fuse... damn

Hi bluesdelux,

As aLinux said, the correct directory for downloading audio files (Band Tracks) is Documents/Fender/FUSE/Audio/Wav-Mp3. If you are saving here and still not seeing the Band Tracks show up in the Media Library, please call or email us. And we can take it from there.

Best Regards,

Just a suggestion. A few times, after I've switched back and forth between downloading presets and bandtracks, I've had some presets go to my Audio folder and bandtracks go to my Preset folder. Try looking in those alternative spots for your missing files! Hope that helps. If you find them, it's just a matter of cut/paste to get them where they belong. :)

Perhaps in the next version of FUSE, Fender could allow us to designate default destinations for Presets, MP3/Wave audio and MIDI files. :D

aLinux, Alan and bclarke675, thanks for the replies and suggestions, they're much appreciated! I tried it all, I even tried a search on my HD and the band tracks aren't any where. At this point, it seems IE may be the culprit. They may not just be downloading. I even tried turning my firewall off...nada. Alan, I will get in touch with you soon. I'm very anxious to get jammin to these bandtracks.

Hi bluesdelux,

If you are thinking that IE is a possible issue, I would suggest making sure that it is up to date, and also clearing temp files, cache, etc. You might also try a different browser to download as a test. Please let me know how that goes.

Best Regards,

Hi Alan,

I reset/reverted IE8 settings to their defaults which apparently should clear the cache, not sure of the temp files though, tried Safari and updated Flash to 10.10--I was using 10.85. Same thing, can't download tracks. Here's a new twist, after I try to download a band track, sometimes I get the "100%", sometimes I get "Infinite". What the devil does that mean!!? Hope that provides a clue to the issue. Also, I'm still not able to preview tracks. FYI, I noticed there's a small upgrade with Silverlight, however, was unsure if I should mess with it. I even revised my username and password to Fuse as it was similar to my forums login, still nothing. I sent an email to TSL a few or more hours ago. Hope we can resolve it...Thanks!

Hi bluesdelux,

It sounds like some strange stuff is going on. I would suggest that you do the update to Silverlight. And see if the behavior you are seeing improves. Please send us an email to follow up. Its easier than trying to go back and forth on a more detailed issue via the Forum. Thanks very much.

Best Regards,
