Fuse "forgets" my username and may password. So I cannot "autologin" when Fuse is starting.
Any opinion?
Thanx Joe

Fuse will "forget" my login after a few days, otherwise it works as expected within that time-frame. I think they have the cookie set for a fairly short lifespan.

Hi All,

I will let our web people know about this. And I will see what we can do. Thanks very much for letting us know.

Best Regards,

Hey Vollhorst,

Do you access the Fender FUSE community through the FUSE software only or do you use a web browser as well? Also do you ever click logout or do you just close the program/browser?

The behavior has something to do with the way tokens and sessions are handled on the FUSE server. We'll be meeting soon with our web team to discuss this and other issues.

I had this problem for a short while. I know that uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of MS Silverlight has fix things for me in the past. You may want to try that but not sure if that will fix the login problem. 8)

The way I get around this is the following.
Auto login to the forums. (I go looking for new inputs for Fuse and Mustangs before playing) Don't logout.
Open the fuse software, click on login and it lights up.

Hope this helps.

I was starting to think that it might have something to do with his registration; especially if the amp was purchased used. Perhaps a previous owner registered the serial number. I know that the amp serial number is required during registration. 8)

Hi, I am new in this forum and hope there is already an answer to this question. It seems that every body owns a PC, but what about a Mac ? I have a Mac and the same problem with Fender Fuse: when I restart the conputer then I have to reinsert user and password. Let me know please if there is some solution. I'd try to make a serach but I had back too many results.
