I have installed and uninstalled Fuse 3 times, when I open it, a message appears and dissapears before I can read it then the screen is blank. I have downloaded 3 patches but can't open them, installed drivers etc. At my wits end. Why can't Fender provide step by step directions somehwere for this.

Those are good suggestions aLinux but it sounds to me like Internet Explorer isn't up to date. Fender FUSE requires IE 7 or later. Whenever you launch to a black screen, that is most likely the culprit.

What are your system specs Futuresman?

If it's any help, I had the exact same symptom, I upgraded to IE 8 and all is now well.

.NET, Silverlight and I.E. 8 (I normally use chrome) all had to be updated to get it to work.

Hi futuresman,

Any luck getting Fender FUSE up and running on your system yet? If you are still having trouble, please email or call us next week. We will be glad to do some troubleshooting with you. Happy New Year.

Best Regards,
