Tried posting earlier but didn't seem to work.
Just bought new G Dec 3 30 and having problems playing any downloaded Band Tracks. I get an alert saying "Preset file not found or corrupted. Please load another preset file. All my software and firmware are up to date.
Apologies if this has been dealt with before , but I couldn't find any references and is frustrating. Thanks for any help.

Hi Wirral Squirrel,

Welcome to the Fender forums. How exactly are you importing/playing Band Tracks? Are they on an SD card? Are you using Fender FUSE to copy them from your computer to your amp? You definitely shouldn't get an error message pertaining to Presets when you're trying to play a Band Track. Let me know what process you're using to add Band Tracks.

Loren
