Hi, i did look through the forums thinking id find an answer to this question, but not seeing it. sorry if its a repeat.

I just bought a mustang 1 on friday, and installed fuse on saturday. Everything seemed ok until i tried to download band tracks. presets download fine, but everytime i attempt to download a band track, it gets to about 50% complete and fuse crashes. i tried rebooting everything multiple time. i did update the firmware as well, just in case that was an issue previously. anyone have any ideas for me?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

If you installed using the cd, uninstall and download the latest version from the website.

Hey brandonbart,

Are you using a Mac or PC and what are your system specs? I assume you downloaded and installed version 2.0.1 from our site. I recommend installing the latest version of Internet Explorer. It definately sounds network/internet related.

Even though you use FireFox, your Internet Explorer needs to be up-to-date for FUSE to work. Have you done all the Windows Updates that your computer calls for? The version with Windows 7 should be new enough, but something else might be missing. Also, download & install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player from the Adobe website. That may help.

Best of luck,
Bob

You should contact Fender support. They've been VERY helpful, friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve an issue. They will walk through things over the phone with you, if need be. There are many threads here that back me up on that. Plus, they speak ENGLISH!!! :P
