I love the Mustang amp. Phenomenal. I downloaded presets (both official and community) however and then tried to import them into my amp and got error messages and was not able to do so. Files were corrupt or invalid.
I have a mustang I, an iMac and I updated the software before attempting to download and import. The files downloaded with a .fuse suffix

Any help would be appreciated, i'm sure I made some rookie mistake.

Hi Phil,

I believe I had responded to your inquiry via email previously. There I suggested that you log on to your Fender FUSE Community account, and confirm that you have Mustang and not G-DEC 3 selected in the upper right corner of the main page for amp selection.

I am wondering if you were able to check this? If this does not turn out to be the issue, please let us know via email or phone. And we can troubleshoot it further from there. Thanks.

Best Regards,

Thank so much Alan, I'll check it tomorrow. This sounds like it's probably the solution.
Thanks very much!
Best regards,
Phil
