Presets that I have downloaded and used in fuse disappear from my library.
I download them to a file and then import them to my FUSE library, but they disappear.
I also hit save.
When I go back to try again it prompts me that this is already in my library, and when I O.K. To replace the file, it again prompts me that the file is corrupted.
Am I screwing up the procedure or something?
Can someone please help me?

Hey Boomerdog,

Welcome to the Fender forums. Are you sure you're downloading the correct Presets for your amplifier? Do the Presets not show up in the Media Library at all or do they appear and then disappear later?

Loren

Hi Loren

I download from the fender site and select mustang.
They show up in my library, and I have great fun playing w/ them and switching between setups. Then next time I bring up FUSE, they are gone.
Since they seemed to work fine I am really disappointed that they are missing When I try to use the same file that worked the night before it says that it is already in my library, and if I check replace it tells me that the file is corrupted. But they do not appear in my library.
I love this amp and just want to figure out why it is doing this.
I have a 60s twin reverb and can tell you firsthand that the modeling is VERY accurate.

Okay. Are you using a Mac or PC and what are your system specs? You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling Fender FUSE. It won't affect your Presets at all.

My system is windows 7, w/ tons of space and power. Core I5 processor. Nvidia gforce graphics. Should be more than enough to run FUSE.
I will try the reinstall and let you know.

Do I have to be online to install fuse or is it ok from the disc packaged w/ the amp?
When I first installed it said to go online for the latest version so my disc may not be current.

You definitely want to make sure you have the latest version installed which is 2.0.1.
