Having Fuse running while jamming. I can be playing away and using any preset and after a short time, a chorus will be added. It will do this with all presets, only if Fuse is connected. I can turn away from the preset and come right back and it's fine, but in a few minutes, it will add chorus.
What's up with that?

Hi,

I've just started playing with my new acquired Mustang II and I'm experiencing the same problem

I run Fuse on a MacBook Pro with Os X 10.5.8...

Hey Guys,

JD- Are you also running Fender FUSE on a Mac? Do you have a Mustang as well?

I'm running Fuse on an Windows XP machine and using a Mustang II. When not connected to Fuse, I do not have a problem. While connected to Fuse, the program all by itself will put a chorus (rack effect) in any preset I'm using. If it already has chorus, it will max it out.
Thank you.
JD

I recommend performing an uninstall and reinstall of Fender FUSE. That should clear up the behavior you're seeing. I'll see if we can reproduce that behavior here on our systems.

I've reinstalled Fuse this morning... repaired OS X permissions... and after half an hour jamming and playing with differents amps and presets, everything seems to work fine !

I should have had the idea to reinstall Fuse... anyway THANKS Loren !

Let's hope the problem won't come back ;)

Well that was nice NOT!! I uninstalled it, re-installed it and now I have nothing, Fuse will not start up at all. I've tried this 3 times, each time running a reg-cleaner and still nothing. I'm downloading a new copy right now from the Fender web-site, but it's the same one I had, I doubt it will be any different. What's going on here?

Well, now I can't run Fuse at all. I've re-installed it 5 or 6 times, Un-installed it the proper way, ran a registry cleaner in between and rebooted the comptuer. It just won't start up, what am I doing wrong here?

Do you even get to the "Please wait....." screen?

Did you do a manual registry search and destroy for any remaining references to FUSE or Fender?

How about a Silverlight reinstall?

Just a couple of things I would try.

Virus scan? May have changed a registry entry.

Maybe you have to reinstall the firmware?

I use a registry cleaner between each uninstall and install, I did run a virus program. I do not get a "Please wait" screen, I get nothing, the cursor shows and hour-glass for about 10 seconds and that's it.
Firmware? how can you do that without connecting with
Fuse?
Any advise will be appreciated.

Thanks
JD

I have another computer, a mini laptop (netbook) with a 9" screen, I have installed Fuse on that but I can't use it. I cannot scroll (no scroll-bars) and I can't view the entire Fuse page on my screen. Anybody know how to change this?
thanks again
JD

Hey JD,

Can you send an email containing your system specs and contact info to the address in my signature? Also, which registry cleaner are you running after every uninstall?

Fender FUSE natively supports screen resolutions of 1024 x 768 or higher. Most netbooks with 9 or 10 inch screens have a resolution 1024 x 600. However, we are considering making future version of Fender FUSE compatible with smaller screens.

Thanks,
Loren
