Forgive me if this has been asked already, but I just brought home my Mustang I and loaded Fuse onto my Mac.

Everything seems to function perfectly, except that the presets that I downloaded will not open - I get a window saying that they are not compatible with my device. Have I done something wrong?

By the way, I absolutely love this amp! It sounds great, and I'm having a lot of fun with it!

Thanks for the help!!

Chris

Are you downloading G-Dec presets? They won't work. The Mustang presets are found by pressing the Community button on the center-bottom
of the Fuse gui, and then a row of options buttons near the top appears, Presets will be the button to press. After you download one, press
the Media Library button, upper right of the gui, then in the 3 button group
Computer Amp Web, choose Computer, and press the media librarybutton again if needed.
Your available presets will appear in a list, right-click on the one you want, and choose the load option. Right-click for the other options. If you choose save, a gui to select one of the 24 amp slots appears.

To see the 24 presets on the Mustang, press the Amp button next to the Computer button.
Cheers

The Media Library button toggles to 'Preset Editor'

The Basic Amp button toggle to Advanced Amp
In this section, the Cabinets can be switched, and BIAS, SAG,
and Noise Gate are found

Hi Guys,

Please be sure to select the correct amp (Fender G-DEC 3 or Fender Mustang) when you go to the Fender FUSE Community to download Presets. G-DEC 3 Presets are not compatible with Mustang Presets. If this is not the cause of the issue you are seeing, please email or call us directly, and we can go through some additional troubleshooting. Thanks.

Thanks for the help - this was indeed the problem! I hadn't selected the correct amp in the box.

Thanks again!

Is there a plan for these to work with both amps at some point? Seems odd that we could not share from the same preset pool.

Hey Billy,

No plans at the moment. They are actually two different amps with different amp models and some different effects. If there was a way to open G-DEC presets on a Mustang and vice versa, the presets wouldn't sound the same as they would on their native amp. That kind of defeats the purpose.
