Okay, I know this is going to be a pretty common question on every players mind. How do I set the delay in fuse to get that Another brick in the wall sound for the delay...I know it requires a delay that can handle dotted eighth notes with a tap function (I know the G-dec and the Mustang both feature tap functions).

I just can't get the settings right...for the life of me I don't know how to do it.

any help would be great.

Thanks in advance.

I would make a clean Twin Reverb preset in FUSE with the cab-sim off, and the rack delay module inserted. Play the song while turning the controls of the rack delay, switch delay types by the dropdown menu, choose different speeds to zero in on the closest match. Use a delay level of about 8, feedback about 7, and when the sound does all squiggly during your tests, just turn down the feedback for a couple of seconds and crank it back up. When you get a delay you like, add other fx as desired, and save a preset. I also draw good presets on paper, in case I goof things up,
or a bug does it for me.

The phaser, chorus and flanger can use extreme settings for some unique delay fx.

Using this with the Mustang and Fender Amplituce LE, in a vst host like Reaper, you can get an ear for tempo numeric values, and easily record your own beats at the tempo of choice.
Cheers
