I am also experiencing the same issue with the Fuse software.

I start Fuse and see the Fuse screen for a brief second and then only see a black dialog box. Nothing happens.

I am a computer programmer by trade and have uninstalled and reinstalled Silverlight, Fuse and the .net framework. I do not game and do not have a bunch of crap on my laptop.

I do not want to seem like a whiner but I purchased the Fender product after testing the similar Line 6 and Peavey products because of the reviews and videos I had seen on the Fuse software.

I am running an XP machine with IE7 and Mozilla. Defragged, spybot and various tools run to clean PC and Windows firewall set to allow Fuse to access the net.

Please help as I am stoked to get the Fuse application running.

Thank you,

I unistalled Internet Explorer and reinstalled and was able to run Fuse.

Loren,

Loren,

I have decided to load Fuse 1.1.3 on my Windows 7 Machine. Works OK except the fonts show up in the Library (presets, etc) al mumbo jumboed. Am I missing a font that Fender Fuse 1.1.3 expects. If I could get this working I will forget Fuse 2 and wait for 3.

Still can't uninstall Silverlight. Tried EVERYTHING. Got rid of Silverlight entries throughout the Registry as well (Regedit). No hope. This really sucks.

Anyway, help with font problem would be appreciated.

JD

Hey JD,

I actually sent you an email earlier this morning. I believe we bundle those fonts with the application. I'll have to double check to make sure though.
