hi guys,
i can hardly believe, that the good folks at fender have failed to get a good version of fuse for the mac running.
i lost a couple of hours, trying all kinds of ways to get the thing going. no luck.
don´t bother to install, it will do you no good.

you can get it going, if you install silverlight. this is not included in the installation pack. you can not rename sound-presets and everything is not working smoothly. the guys at line6 will crawl on the floor laughing. eddie

Hello Eddie,

I'm sorry you're having issues with version 2.0. The Silverlight installer is included in the Fender FUSE 2.0 install package. However, if you have a previous version of Silverlight installed the Silverlight installer doesn't need to run. You may be prompted for a Silverlight update once Fender FUSE is running though.
What kinds of issues are you seeing? When you say things are not running smoothly is there any specific behavior that your are speaking of? Thanks for your help.

Loren

hi loren, i see that the fuse is having a bit of a life of it´s own. if you want to rename a preset that you modified, this will not happen and a error-notice appears. maybe you want to check that out. eddie

Thanks for the info Eddie. Would you mind making sure that your amp doesn't have the Mem Lock on? It can be found in the Utitlity menu on the amp. Also which version of Mac OS are you using? Thanks again.

Eddie, I posted more details in your other thread, but I've done the update to 2.0 on my 10.6.4 iMac and it's working great. I hope your issue gets solved soon. I'm quite happy with this release. Seems to have fixed all the issues I had. It's not perfect, but a really, really nice step forward.

No worries Eddie. We're glad version 2.0 is working well for you now.
