:( My OS is win 7 upgraded from Vista. I have repeatedly downloaded my Fender Fuse and upgraded to the latest version. It will not interface correctly therefore my Fuse screen in not correct and will not function properly. I did install program on someone elses machine who has Vista. It installed and functions properly, too bad that is my daughters computer.
Has anyone experienced this and if so has a solution been found??

Hi tmshuffle,

We are aware of this issue. We have had several users report this behavior to us. Currently there is not a fix in place. This is a known issue with Microsoft that effects a variety of applications. The best suggestion for the moment is to try to locate/use a Windows machine that is a direct install of XP/Vista or 7.

We apologize for this inconvenience, and will promptly announce any updates or work-arounds as they become available.

Best Regards,

Alan Willey

Have you tried right clicking on the program, then select properties, then compatibility, then selecting a different version of Windows to run it in?
