Recently purchased a g-dec 3. I have loaded the fender fuse however the start up screen is not correct and does not contain all the functions shown in manual and needed to operate properly. I am using windows 7. :(

Did you download the latest version from the online site or are you using what came on the disc?

If the latter, download the new version, then try again.

Actually, the new version will look different than what's in the manual, but has all the functions.

Have fun!

Hello tmshuffle,

Welcome to the Fender forums. What exactly do you mean when you say the startup screen isn't correct? Also, what features are missing? If you give us a call we can get you squared away.

Loren,
I recently spoke via phone with Allen from Fender. I emailed a snapshot of Fuse screen and there are serveral drop down features and control features that do not appear. In its place there are various colors and blank areas. My OS is win 7 upgrated from vista. I have followed Allen's suggeston and installed on machine with vista and it works fine.
Unfortunately, I cannot go backwards with OS. I have to beleive others are using win 7 with the Fuse Program.

Hey Tmshuffle,

Have you downloaded and installed Fender FUSE 2.0? The update is known to fix some compatibility issues. I would recommend installing it. Please let us know if you experience any issues.
