Hey Light,

You can delete the old preset from the Fender FUSE Media Library. Once you're logged in to the Community, click Web to display all of the web presets. You can search for your display name using the search function. Be sure to click Web before searching. Once you find the Preset you want to delete, just right-click it and select Delete Preset.
I hope that helps.

Loren

Hello,

I see this post is from 2010 but I tried confirming this after zero success deleting my presets from fuse. I tried it on both my mac, and my Windows 7 machine. Nothing shows up in the window on the mac and on the Windows 7 box, I can get pages and pages of presets to show up with WEB selected but when I search for anything that would be my uploads, nothing comes up. Tried searching and sorting by author as well to no avail. Is this function still verifiably working in the latest version of Fuse? Or is there another means to remove presets from your account?

Thanks very much in advance.

Hi captainc,

We are sorry to hear that you are having some troubles with the Search function in Fender® FUSE™/Fender FUSE Community. The steps listed above should work as described. Please contact us directly if you continue to see issues with this, and we will be happy to assist further.

Best Regards,

Thanks

I’ll mess around with it some more and contact directly if I can’t work it out. What’s odd is that if I do a search for “57” i can find the “57 Twin Pink Floyd Money” preset that was uploaded by another user that is actually a copy of the original I uploaded. I can tell by the description. However mine does not show up.

I know my Mac has the most current fuse version but I’ll confirm my windows box does as well.

Edit: Updated software and search function now works as it should however when I delete presets, the disappear temporarily but can find them again if I search and they also still appear on the Fuse website. Not sure if this is something that just take a while to update on the Fuse server but just thought I’d put that out there.

Thanks very much.
