This is a problem ive seen a few people have on the forum and everyone is answered individually just thought id put up a general post that covers everything, questions, comments and suggestions welcome

1)Getting your Track files in the right format
G-Dec can only use mp3 and WAV(at 16bit format only it seems)

Problem Solved:
i know a lot of people use itunes and so have files in m4a format to change them to mp3 right click and select create mp3 version, this will create another version of the same file in mp3 format which can then be used on the G-Dec

2)Once the file is in the appropriate format there are two options to get the track onto your G-Dec:

a)Use the Fuse software(easiest way)
First, go to your media library and find the "Add to library" button (top right)
Next, find the file (in mp3/Wav format) and add it
Finaly, right click on it in the fuse software and select save to amp HD or SD slelect one of theses (depending on your circumstance)
Job Done

b)Change the G-Dec to disc mode(slightly more complicated)
To do this hold down the exit button(under the wheel) for the utility menu and then go left twice for USB Drive option
This will make your G-Dec essentialy a hard drive where file can be transfered as in any other hard drive (drag and drop or copy and paste)
(make sure you put your tracks into the "audio folder")

3)You're nearly there, The song should now be on your G-Dec to find it hit
Band button->mp3/wav->scroll to the track you want(these are in alphabetical order)->start/stop button

And there you go your song should be playing

Note: if you want this band track to always be used for this preset hit save button(it should be red now)

Happy playing,
Light
