Every since I installed the Fuse Software on my MAC the MAC's Sound output doesn't work unless I use the DEC3 which has a USB port. Previously, I was using my PreSonus FirePod as my Output device. I even try re-configurate my Aggregate Device to include both.

Only way to get sound out of my MAC is to turn on the DEC3 and use the DEC3/USB as my computer Sound Output. Did it from day one on installing the Fuse Software.

Anybody else having that problem ?

Need to work out this issue.

Hi asiegler,

I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations with the Dec Audio driver. I am assuming that you have disconnected the Fender G-DEC 3 when wanting to use your PreSonus device? If not, please try this. Once disconnected, the G-DEC 3 should be inactive on your Mac system.

Prior to firing up my computer system, I unplugged the G-DEC3 USB cable and tried all of my sound output settings to no avail. Only works when I plug in the DEC3's USB port.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Hi asiegler,

OK. At this point, I would suggest that you re-install your PreSonus driver, and see if that helps the situation. The Fender G-DEC 3 should not have affected your PreSonus device. It is a "plug-and-play" device.

Please let me know how it goes. Thanks.

OK I did some checking and on the MAC it is not required to download the Presonus drivers as they are already loaded in each MAC update. So there is nothing that I can do at my end.

It appears the G-Dec3 USB drivers are overtaking the Presonus drivers as the main out.

How you guys can figure this one out.
