I just got a G-DEC15. It's great but I have an issue with computer sound output. When I have the USB from the amp plugged into my computer, any music I play on the computer comes out the amp. I have tried using the windows mixer controls to change the output back to the computer speakers with no luck. I assume that there is a switch in the Fuse S/W that doesn't route the sound to the Amp, but I can't find it. I'm using a PC with windows 7. Any suggestions.

Hi clkwine01,

There is no relationship between Fender FUSE and the sound output of your computer. All of the sound output relies on either your soundcard driver and computer speakers or the Fender ASIO driver and the amp. It sounds like you have your system sound output routed through the ASIO driver. Go to the "Sounds" control panel and change your audio device from DEC Audio to whatever your soundcard is. Let me know if you have any issues.

Loren:

Changing the sound control panel from the DEC setting was one of the 1st things I did. But no matter what the setting the sound was still routed to the G-DEC. That's why I thought it was a FUSE configuration issue. It appears to override the sound control panel. If you unplug the amp USB connection the control panel is then able to routes the sound as expected.
