OK I got 35 songs using a handfull of presets. My problems is how do you go back and change the existing preset with a new preset for a song. Everytime I change the preset it wants to go to another song that has that same Preset.

Seems to me in the next software revision you need to up the Band Songs so that:

1. you can print out a list of songs with associated presets. Maybe have different sets for live performance.
2. have the cabibility to have mulity presets for a song.

It appears the presets control everything right now while the band files are just there.

Love the DEC3 just need to be able to use it in live performance.

after you change the preset you have to push "exit" button then push the "softkey" that has "band " over it (on bottom of the display of g dec) then it says "band type" use the wheel to choose between mp3/wav and midi then push the "softkey" with "file" above it and use the wheel to select then hit the save button 2x and your done.... notice when your turning the wheel that above the song name the word reads (g-dec-sd) or(g-dec-hd) that is the current storage area you are in.
I also fond this:
Band Track Selection
To select a new band track:
1. Press the BAND soft-key.
2. The first menu is Band Type. Here you can select either MP3/WAV –or– MIDI as the band track file type.
♫ Select MP3/WAV as the Band Type for the best results in most instances. MIDI is more useful for specialized purposes
such as generating metronome clicks.
3. Press the FILE soft-key to access the band track File selection
menu.
4. Turn the big knob to select a new band track.
♫ Turning the big knob will scroll through all the band tracks on the G-DEC 3 hard drive (HD) in alphanumerical
order and then continue with all the band tracks on the SD card (SD).
5. Press EXIT.
♫ The SAVE button will turn red to indicate a change to the current preset. To reset the band track, simply turn the big knob to a different preset and then back again.
