Is there anyway to tag a guitar preset with a song so that when you pull up the song the guitar preset loads with the song?

You can "tag" a Band Track to a preset by finding a preset you like and pressing the Band key. Then search for the Band Track you want. It will now be assigned to that preset. Hope that helps.

I've downloaded mp3 files, but FUSE doesn't seem to find them when I click the Band Track button when I'm on the preset I want to link to. What am I doing wrong? I have downloaded and installed the latest version of FUSE.

Thanks, Bob

It sounds like you want to do exactly what this amp provides. It pairs an amp and effect simulated setup with an audio or midi music file and refers to the whole thing as a preset. But it gets a little confusing in some sections of the documentation on importing a preset cause they actually say that "A preset does not include the Band Track". They seem to want it both ways.

Make sure you have the mp3's you downloaded in the correct "Audio" directory on the SD Card. Otherwise the amp will not see them.

Hope that helps!

You can use the "Add To Library" button located in the Media Library screen to locate the files and automatically copy them to the correct folder. Fender FUSE will only see the files if they are in the correct location.

Thanks...I was looking in the wrong place for them. I got that taken care of, but now I want to load a preset that I created in FUSE into the G-DEC. I right-click on the preset file and it appears to be transferring to the location, but after a pop, it's finished and the same old preset is in the location that I tried to write to. What am I doing wrong now?

Thanks!

Sorry...I figured it out. I had the memory locked on the amp. Problem solved. Both preset and song file are saved to location on amp.

Thanks again!
