I got the email.
I was able to download and send all of the songs to the SD card using Fender FUSE. They all played fine. This rules out the MP3 files as the problem. Now we are down to Fender FUSE and the amp. One quick way to determine if the amp is the problem would be to copy a few of those MP3's to the SD card using either a SD Card reader for your computer or using "USB Drive" mode in the UTIL menu on the amp. Just make sure you copy the MP3's to the audio folder on the SD card. This procedure will leave Fender FUSE completely out of the picture. Please quit the app prior to doing this test.
I really appreciate your help and patience while we work to come up with a solution for you.

Thanks,
Loren

Loren,

You're a genius! Well, you solved my problem at least. I ingored Fuse and used the SD card reader on my computer. Transferred all the files over, and they all play on the GDEC without problem.

I had tried to do this before, but did not copy the files to the Audio folder I believe. I think I'll do these without using Fuse for a while, maybe wait for a software update, and try again. But using the computer's SD card reader works just fine for the issue I have. Thanks again for all your help, I do appreciate it. You guys are doing a great job with customer support.

Welcome to the forums Xerer. It sounds like you are trying to import Band Track into Fender FUSE. Using version 1.1.3 for Windows or v1.0.0 for Mac, you can do this by clicking the Add to Library button in the Media Library screen. Then you can just browse to the files you want to add and add them.
