Heya.

I have problems with the audio level in my computer. Whenever I use AmpliTube, the sound gets distorted. Seems that the volume is too high in the input. Am I doing something wrong or have I missed something? What I mean is that the input meter in the lower left corner is always at red when I play.

I also tried recording with a software called Audacity. I selected the DEC Microphone as my input device. Results? The sound is horrible. (quality is bad, the input signal seems to be too strong)

I've tried to fiddle around with the input "knob" in AmpliTube, no use.
I also tried to lower the "level" in the DEC Microphone (from control panel -> sound -> recording). No use.

My setup is Windows 7 and G-Dec 3 Thirty.

Any advice?

Also, what is the purpose of AmpliTube?

Hello Ben,

Where do you have the Band Level and Gain knobs set? Keep in mind that the Band Level knob adjusts the volume of the computer output back into the amp. Give us a call at 480-596-7195 and we can help you out.

Heya Loren,

I played around with the volume and gain knobs in Fuse and now it works better. Altho not perfect yet. Seems that I just need to find the balance through trial and error.

Thanks for help, love this amp.
