When the computer is connected to amp and I am playing video or on youtube it sometimes plays thru amp and sometimes not? What do I have to do to get it to play thru amp so I can jam to it?

Hi Skymann36,

I have just tested You Tube through the Fender G-DEC 3 here in the lab on several songs, and I am getting consistent playback through the amp here. The first thing I would suggest is that you go to the Start Menu/Control Panel/Sounds and Audio Devices.

From there, click on the Sounds tab, under Sound Scheme choose No Sounds. This will disable your System software from playing system sounds through your G-DEC 3, which may be causing some interference in playback from You Tube. Try this first, and us know how it goes.

If you need further assistance, please contact us directly. Thanks very much.
