Hi, is it possible to play a preset saved on an SD card without loading it in the amp?

Hi Run Duke,

Thanks for your inquiry. A Preset must be loaded/imported into a Preset location on the Fender G-DEC 3 in order for you to play the amp model and associated effects. However, you can play back Band Tracks from an SD card directly by going to the Quick Access button on the left side of the amp controls.

There you will see the audio and MIDI files listed for the internal amp hard drive and the SD card. You can scroll through, and play audio and MIDI from there.

I hope this is helpful information.

Cheers,
