After installing FUSE, I tried to download some presets the next day and I am told my password is not correct. So I ask for help and am topld the password will be sent to my email. I've asked no less than 6 times and still nothing shows up. Not in my SPAM folder either. So I try to sign up again, but can't because my " email address is already in use."...Who do I contact?

Hi duhbearz,

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Fender FUSE Community login. I will get a message to our Web Dept. right away.
And I will post a response for you as soon as I hear from them.
In the mean time, if you would like, please try to set up another account with an alternate email address if you have one. Please be sure to use a different username, passwork, etc., as well.

The Fender G-DEC3 amp serial number can be used for a second registration without issue. If this works, please let us know. And we can let the Web Dept. know as well so that they can address this issue from there.

Thanks for your patience.

Funny but I had the same problem last night except with trying to log into the Fender Forums site......Same thing, it told me my password was wrong and when I asked to have it emailed to me it told me my email address wasn't in the system. This morning though, no problem.......hmmmmm

Hi Guys,

I don't know if either of you tried to set up a new account. But in speaking with our lead web person here at Fender, it was suggested that perhaps a "Username" is being swapped with a "Display Name". The "Username" would be what you sign in with.

Perhaps you guys could double check this and let us know if this addresses the issue for either or both of you? Thanks very much.

In my case this wasn't the case because I logged on this morning from a work computer with the same info I tried at home last night. I double checked the login boxes just to make sure. One thing I didn't think of though is that my username I use through the Fender Fuse software attached to my amp is different than the one I use for the Forums but the email address I used is the same. Would that be a problem? Thanks for the quick reply though.....

Thanks for the response Alan. All of those suggestions are fine (and unfortunately didn't change anything), but if my email address is already in use, why do I not get password help when I ask for it...now I have requested a password no less than 12 times. My email address is duhbearz@aol.com. Maybe you can help me directly.

By the way, I re-registered with a new email address (duhbearz69@yahoo.com) , but now it says the account doesn't exist.

I am yours beyond frustration,

barry

duhbearz -- I just dropped you an e-mail to both your Yahoo and AOL accounts. Let's try to work through your specific issue offline and we'll ensure you have appropriate access. Thanks!

No, that should be fine. Your Fender FUSE account is entirely separate from your Fender.com Forums account and it's perfectly acceptable if you use the same e-mail address for both.
