I hope someone can help me , I cannot sign in to fender fuse it has been working on my windows machine but it won't recognise me any more as a user after one days use
Is my fender connect user name the same as my fender fuse user name
if not how do i find out my user name ,if i go to the link to reset password and user name it only lets me reset password

I had a similar problem. I reset my password using my email address. Once I changed the password, I then logged in from my browser using my email and new password. On the Fender FUSE browser window, you can see your username on the top upper right (Hello user_name | Edit Profile | Logout ).

Depending on how you entered the Fender online websites and registered, your username/email may or may not be the same. Try logging in using your FUSE username/password for Fender Connect and see it that works. If not try to register using your FUSE username/password. You may have to submit the registration using your email address to obtain a password (just like I described above for FUSE.)

Been a while since I've registered so I don't recall the exact process.

For anyone else with the same problem reading this thread, read my reply to the thread posted by Gary McCumber, a few threads up. The problem lies with the Fuse login field asking for 'username' to require your email address, NOT your username, as registered in your profile. Bizarre. Infuriating. Fender.

I only solved this by thinking like a Fender web tech, not a logical human being. And it worked!
