I'm a new user of FUSE software with my Mustang I V2 amp. I've tried to download band tracks and all appears to be working, but when I check the folder the track should have been saved to there is nothing there. There is nothing as I view the amp software either.

I've seen a couple of other posts that lead me to think that band tracks downloading may no longer be available.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi,
I'm having the same issue.

Band Tracks - http://fuse.fender.com/band_tracks/
Band tracks are not downloading. I click, the "Save File" pop-up appears, I save the file and the "Save File" popup closes as normal. The website button reads "Preparing" for a moment, then turns back to "Download", but with no saved file appearing.
I tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome on a MacBook, with no luck.

Presets - fuse.fender.com/mustangv2/presets
The Presets section seems to work mostly ok. I had to re-click the download button to get the file to download a few of the files.

Thanks.

I also cannot download Band Tracks.

If I attempt to download from within Fuse, it says it's downloaded, but nothing actually does.

If I go to the site in a browser, it does download a 6kb WAV file that is unplayable.

Is Fuse now abandonware? It seems like Fender developed a product that they don't support. I love the Help menu with no help in it; who decided to frustrate customers with Help click bait? The best support I've seen is on Youtube from end users.

Also, the forum itself - every post is moderated with a significant delay. I posted about an hour ago and still haven't seen it show up. No wonder no one is here.

Is there another Fuse forum somewhere that is active?
