My amp doesn't see my pc or vice versa. I'm using Win 10 64bit. I went through the troubleshooting steps, different cable, updated Fuse program, etc. I didn't see any drivers relating to the amp in Device Manager so there is nothing to delete. My pc just doesn't see this amp at all. Does Fuse work with Win10. I noticed all the troubleshooting steps refer to win 7 and 8. No mention of win10. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks.

There doesnt seem much help here does there. Anyway I have Windows 10. I powered up the amp & plugged it in with the cable. Windows said it was loading the Amp and now it appears in Device Manager, it should be under Sound, videos & game controllers. Check by unplugging & it should disappear then plug in it should come back.
By the way I cant get Fuse to run at all :-( but that;s another story.

Good Luck - cheers, Andy.

This thread used to be a "sticky" so it would stay at the top of the forum: FENDER® FUSE™ TROUBLESHOOTING SUPPORT DOCUMENTS

I think you're basically looking at no support with this product (other than calling or emailing Fender directly). They have moved on the the Mustang GT line of amps, and completely abandoned Fender Fuse. But the troublshooting docs might help. Good luck.

EDIT: Oops. Looks like the links contained within are no longer valid:

The page you were looking for doesn't exist
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved

Your best bet is calling them or buying something else.
