I have the Fuse software installed, I'm logged in, the amp is recognized and I have downloaded two band tracks. The problem is, when I click on Start, the button changes to Stop - as if it is playing -- but no sound comes out of my speakers. I can play other media through the speakers without problem. Here's another thing. When I access the band tracks directly and try to play them, my Windows music player (Groove) says that it cannot play the file format, even though they are .wav files. In fact, I can't get them to play with any software. The tracks are basic
Blues_Shuffle_E1-Stereo-2.wav and Blues_Shuffle_E2-Stereo-2.wav. Has anyone encountered this problem? And how can it be resolved? Thanks in advance

When you say no sound is coming out of the speakers, do you mean the amp speakers or the computer speakers? The band tracks play on the computer, not the amp. It's just a media player that's embedded into the Fender Fuse software that plays the tracks.

According to a Microsoft FAQ, these are the file formats supported by Groove Player. WAV is not listed:

What file formats are supported?

You can add MP3, M4A (AAC), and WMA music files to your OneDrive Music folder.

Note Some M4A files may not play correctly (such as AAC Lossless files). Also, protected WMA files can't be added to your collection. To find out if your files are protected, right-click the Music folder in Windows Explorer (or File Explorer). Look in the details section to see whether the file is marked as protected.

Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, I was talking about the computer speakers. I wouldn't want the band tracks to come out my amp anyway. It's interesting that .wav files are not supported because I downloaded the track from the Fuse community site. Oh well, I will probably try to convert the file to a format that the Fuse software can play or else I'll just find a different track that is compatible. I hope that solves it.

No, I meant unsupported by 'Groove Player'. Fender Fuse should be able to play the band tracks.

What happens if you play the downloaded tracks using Windows Media Player? What version of Windows do you have installed?

Having the same problem but it seems the problem is not with the software but with the tracks themselves. All the files I've downloaded from the Fender Band Tracks website seem to be corrupted. And all the files are only a mere 6 KB in size rather than several MB in size as they are supposed to be. When I put any other .wav file in the default folder (i.e. C:\Documents\Fender\FUSE\Audio\WaveMP3) they play just fine through Fuse. So...the problem seems to be with the content available through the Fender Fuse website. I wish I had better news for you.

I was having the same problem, and couldn't figure any valid reason. I reloaded the same files, and they play perfectly now. Don't know if they got corrupted somehow in the original download. (BTW, I had some of the same files you listed) Try re-loading them , see if it helps.

anything previously downloaded should work. But try downloading something new. Doesn't work at all last time I tried (a couple of days ago).

I am having the same issue. I have tried multiple Band Tracks from different genres and none of them are working. I tired on multiple PCs with IE, FireFox & Chrome. All of them are downloading as 6KB (5.95KB to be exact). I also tried re-downloading them without any luck. None of them can be played via Fender Fuse App (using PC speaker) OR via PC's media player. Looks like all of these Band Tracks are corrupted at this point. Any news from Fender support? Are they aware of this issue?
