Maybe that's why it still works for me. I'm using a old HP laptop with windows 7 32 bit to run Fuse and everything works just fine. I do have one little glitch with it and that is when I try to use the drop down for the amps own presets that stupid silverlight crashes every time. No big deal, I just change it on the amp and not the drop down. This would explain why it still works for me though.

I spoke with support again and he assured me that all aspects of Fuse WILL be fixed to work with PC and Mac but will not be upgraded in any other way.

I am new here because of the same problem.

This thread is years old. Is there really nowhere a solution available?

I have a computer running Windows 7 and everything is updated to the specs that fuse needs. Still cannot get it to work but I gave up. Still cannot search the web.

LOL this is sad. Well, I bought a Mustang I v2 used but in gr8 condition the other day, 70 bucks! I'm glad I didn't pay full price for this with the FUSE problem. With that said, I LOVE THIS AMP! It is by far the best $70 amp I've ever had and even at it's full price of 120 it still is the best. I can't download presets using the media library but by clicking on the "community" tab at the bottom it takes me to the online site where I can download presets. It's a tedious process and I am disappointed about the media library but like I said before, without FUSE this little amp is great for me, basically I'm a new player. Even for someone better experienced this will be a great amp. Then combine it with the FUSE software I'm REALLY impressed with all the tweakability that is possible even WITHOUT ever downloading another preset. Now if I paid 200 or more I guess I'd be a little more annoyed but even then as long as the amp and FUSE software work I think I'd be fine. So all the complaints and anger I've detected by people seems a little-well-I think people get a little spoiled with all this expecting better from Fender blah blah BS.

Seems like it's only a problem when it rains in Scottsdale, AZ. The wire must get wet or something.

I had completely given up on them. Every time I called, they assured me they were working the issue and I guess after almost 2 years they finally got it.

Think of it as an all-you-can-eat buffet that's going out of business soon. Load up your plate while you can.

People still having this issue? I don't seem to be having an issue here as of today. Just finally connected the amp to the pc to play around with it. Pretty much a noob to this stuff. https://youtu.be/i7xooGXJZ8Y. I did do a firmware update on the amp Mustang I ver2. Fuse software latest version as well as Silverlight, Win 10 ver.1803 I7. I bought it from Guitar Center and have been pretty happy with it compared to my old Peavey Audition 20. Just getting into guitar, been a drummer since high school, wanted to try something different.
