This from Fender support. Logins are also affected I understand.

"There have been a number of FUSE issues that have come up last week and this week as we've begun migration the FUSE database to a different server. At first we thought the only thing affected was registration but as it turns out it has affected the playback of newly downloaded presets and band tracks. We're told these issues will be resolved by the end of this week or the beginning of next week."

Hmmm...wonder if this database migration might be a harbinger of the new Mustangs that are imminent? viewtopic.php?f=27&t=106174

So I can log in when I'm on the website but if I try to on the Fuse application then it just says 'cannot find user'. Is there something wrong?

It's working now!

There is an issue logging in. When it prompts for Username, my username would not work. However, when I put in my email address instead, I was immediately logged in.

I bought my FUSE enabled amp when the system was down, so I was never able to register in FUSE (or maybe I was and it told me otherwise!). I'm logged in using my Fender Profile login within the FUSE app and on the web. All is working fine, so far.

Not sure what's going on there. Maybe I have 2 accounts with the exact same username, email, and password?! I really don't know for sure, but I'm in and it appears to be working correctly everywhere.

Hope that helps!

Had a go myself, but same non-connection-at-log-in issues for me as detailed earlier in this thread. I tried using my email address instead of my username as you suggested, but that didn't work either.

Since the pop-up alert that tells me things ain't happening isn't a simple "Your username/password is incorrect, try again", but is some raw Internet tech code, I'm guessing it is indeed a system error rather than me getting it wrong. A link provided by a Forum user wonders if it is a connection problem for UK users like me.

Same here - Cannot log in. Why there is no on-site annotation from Fender?

Hi All!

New to this forum and found this thread. I've been using Fuse for a while and it's been hit and miss trying to log in through the Fuse interface. The software works great with my amp but when I go to the web media library, nothing will display. All my saved presets on my PC and my amp are there but nothing on the web.

I called Fender support yesterday and they said they know there is a problem and they're still working on it. The rep said hopefully by week end.

I can log into Fuse (and now these forums), but within Fuse any web search for Mustang III v2 presets comes up blank (no response). Not sure when this tarted as I haven't gone looking for new presets in a while.

Here from Canada, I'm having the same alert popup when trying to log in through the Fuse app.
