I am getting this error when I try to download presets and I have tried everything!!! My Adobe Flash Player is up to date. I never had a problem with this before although I haven't downloaded any presets for a month or two. This is the error and any help would be greatly appreciated as I am pulling my hair out trying to fix this issue!!!!

Your Fender® FUSE™-embedded browser does not have the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player installed. Please, update the following browser on your operating system:

If you use Firefox (or some other browser) and have an updated Flash there, it does not help for FUSE, which uses Internet Explorer (actually Silverlight, which uses IE). You have to download and install the Flash upgrade for IE.
Start up IE and go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to get the right version.

Thank you for the reply. So what I understand from your reply, that Fuse uses IE even though I have never used IE EVER in my life but Fuse will use it in the back ground even if it is not even open as a visible browser? So what I need to do is open IE and update the Adobe flash player in that browser? OR does IE need to be made the default browser? I will try both. Regards, RV

UPDATE: Problem solved. I opened IE and updated Adobe Flash Player for IE and I can now download presets within the Fuse program even though IE is not physically open and my default browser is still FireFox !!! Thanks for the information and showing the right direction for the fix !!!
