Hi,
I recently installed FUSE on my new computer.
When i open it, it shows the "Loading. Please wait..." screen for a few screen, and then just gets black and nothing happens (see image below).
Already re-installed related programs.

I'm running:
Updated Windows 10
Fender FUSE 2.7.1
Microsoft Silverlight 5.1.50901.0
Internet Explorer 11.321.14393.0

It's really annoying,
Thanks in advance.

That looks like a Microsoft Silverlight program error.
Fender Fuse Software requires this to run.
It may of become corrupted. This happened to me some time back.
This is what helped me, perhaps it will help you .
1. Delete Microsoft Silverlight program and all its associated files and folders. ( Do not shut down your computer.)
2. Save any presets, you have made and backing tracks to a new folder on your desktop.
3.Delete the Fuse program. (Do not shut down your computer.)
4. Re-install the Fuse software. It should look for the Microsoft Silverlight program and ask you if you want to install it. Install the program.
Fuse should run now and hopefully you will not get the error.
Hope this works for you.

Hey, thanks for the reply.
Already did these steps, same thing.
All my software (Silverlight, FUSE ect.) is up-to-date.
Anyone else??

Hi,
I had exactly the same problem. Same Software, Windows 10 etc.
I uninstalled "Silverlight" and "Fuse" and re-installed several times, but nothing worked. I read about the problem in some other internet forums. Some said it should be a problem with IE, others it has to do with the .NET-framework. I had difficulties with that before but I didn't want to mess around again with the .NET-framework.

I then installed Fender Fuse at an older computer with Widows XP and it worked perfectly.

The following solution worked with my Windows 10-system:
Run the program file in the file directory of Fender Fuse-Software ("FUSELauncher.exe") in XP-compatibility-mode.
I took the following steps:
- right-click on the "FUSELauncher.exe"-file, Properties,
- in the compatibility-setup choose: run program in compatibility-mode "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)"
- press "OK"
- start the "FUSELauncher.exe" by doubleclick
- Fender Fuse started perfectly

If it doesn't work, try another compatibility mode but be sure to remove the still running Fuse-program(s) from the running processes in the task-manager before! The process has to be killed before you change the compatibility mode and start it again!

Sorry, I don't know the exaxt descriptions of the options because I'm from Germany and my Windows 10 Version shows the german named.

I hope this was helpful

Some things I found out that might help you running Fuse.
1. Fuse is not currently supported on Windows 10. Thou, some people are lucky and have it running on certain computers.

2. If this is the reason why on your computer your having the sync problem maybe running Fuse in "Compatibility Mode" could help. I found this about Windows 10.

"Windows 10 includes compatibility settings that can make old applications functional. To access these, right-click an application’s shortcut or .exe file and select Properties. In Windows 10’s Start menu, right-click a shortcut, select “Open file location”, and then right-click the shortcut and select “Properties”. Click over the Compatibility tab. You can click the “Use the compatibility troubleshooter” button for a wizard interface or just adjust the options yourself.
Try running it as a windows 7 program or some other version. "

Also, If an older application isn’t working properly, try right-clicking its shortcut or .exe file and select “Run as Administrator” to launch it with those permissions. If it requires administrator access, you can set it to always run as administrator with the compatibility settings.
Worth a shot I guess.
Good luck!!

Glad everything is up and running for you. Enjoy the Fuse Software and the Mustang Amp; they truly are amazing together.
