I have had my G-DEC30 for 5 years without issue but recently a problem has arisen... shortly after turn on and loading cycle to 00 setting, the G-DEC reverts back to Fender start up screen with "loading host / loading DSPOS / start-stop-save" buttons all flashing simultaneously with an audible click. I have tried pressing aux & save twice as per page 12 of the manual. The G-DEC doesn't respond.
My G-DEC is on standard factory settings - I haven't changed anything in the presets.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Dave

Dear EricClaptout,

Thanks for your inquiry. Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Amp. The only troubleshooting step I can recommend is:

Boot while holding the Drums/Save/Exit buttons to reset the amp.

Good Luck and let us know if we can assist you further.

Dear EricClaptout,

I'm sorry that didn't work for you. Although the unit is no longer in warranty and is not considered field serviceable you may want to contact a Service Center anyway and see if maybe they will take a look at it for you. I cant promise they will but they may.

I’m providing you a link below that will help you locate an Authorized Service Center near you. We recommend contacting them to schedule an appointment prior to actually taking your Amp in for service.

Good Luck and let us know if we can assist you further.
