First, I know my Mac works fine with Fuse and my Mustang I amp so this problem is within my GDEC3 Thirty SE-Country amp, alone.

When I connect (same exact cables, too) and launch Fuse it opens a dialog box that says: "Syncing with your amplifier." and the dialog includes a 'barber pole' progress bar that then just keeps on spinning, for ever.

Is there some kind or a reset I can do to my GDEC 3, short of reloading a new image from the SD card? I've done that, before and I remember that it was tricky? I'll do it again if it is required but if there is a reset, I'd rather use that.

Thanks in advance!

Hi digeratti,

Thanks for your inquiry. Is your G-DEC® 3 fully powered at the time that you are attempting to sync it with Fender® FUSE™? In other words, is the amp powered to the normal Preset view screen? If you can confirm this, then we can go from there.

Best Regards,

Alan

Hi Alan!

I located my backup SD card which had the entire setup and was able to restore it to factory settings and it now works the way it did when I first got it.

Restoring it probably corrected some problem that my customizations created.

I've learned a lot from my CyberTwin, GDEC3 Thirty and my more recent, first generation Mustang I.

I love them all! Each serves a different purpose for me and they've let me figure out which Fender tube amps I'd like to eventually buy!

Thanks for getting back to me!

Best regards,

Marty
