I have a G-DEC 3 THIRTY that I just converted to the Country Edition a couple of weeks ago. However, before doing that, I saved some of my favorite presets to my computer. In the folder I saved them in they showed as MP3s. When I went to load them into my amp tonight, the .mp3 file type was gone replaced by .fuse. What do I need to do to convert them back into mp3s so I can reload them into my amp? I tried changing the file type, but that didn't work.

Dear Bear.GDP,

Thanks for your inquiry. Where does it show the file type has changed? When you are attempting to load it on your Amp or does it show a different name in the folder on your computer.
It would also be helpful to know the steps involved in saving or backing up your files.

Please find below a link with steps for backing up presets from your G-DEC® 3.
Please verify that these are the steps you are following. Please feel free to contact us if you need additional assistance.

Thanks,

Steven

Thanks,

Steven,

No, I blew it. I just saved them as MP3 files in a folder after loading them onto a separate SD card. I guess it does help to read the instructions... D'Oh. Live and learn.

Thanks for the help, anyway, Steven, I appreciate it. I'll just have to recreate them.

Bear
