Assuming your power cord is o.k., about the only thing you can check is the fuse (Item "Q" in the diagram below:

Image

The fuse is a 630mA, 250V (For 100/110/120V USA version)

If you don't have one already, here is a link to the manual from Fender:

http://support.fender.com/manuals/guitar_amplifiers/G-DEC_manual.pdf

If your amp is still under warranty, that would be the next step.

Thank you, I checked the fuse but it looks OK. The panel lights up but nothing shows. It may be an interface loose somewhere... H

Hi hvall,

You will likely need to contact an Authorized Service center and get the amp serviced. It is likely that the display connector has become disconnected internally. Please see the link below to locate a service center. And let us know if we can assist further.

Best Regards,

I'm having the same problem with my G-DEC 3 Thirty, what did you do to resolve your issue if it was resolved at all.
Thx in advance, I really need to get it up and running.

Hi Shazzam,

We suggest that you get the amp into an Authorized Service center (http://www.fender.com/dealers/service-centers/). This should be a fairly quick fix for a qualified tech. But it is best to get it checked out. Please let us know if we can assist further.

Best Regards,

Alan
