Is there a way to plug my G-DEC 3 directly into the USB port on my PC and configure ejammingAudiio to use it as the audio interface? I saw an old press release that said you could do this but I am unable to figure out how so far.

Link for the site http://www.fender.ejamming.com/

Anyone using this online ejam site? What do you think of it - is it usable and effective for jamming with someone over the internet?

Thanks

Couldn't figure out how to use my G-DEC as the audio interface so I purchased a Line 6 POD Studio UX1. I was able to get it to work and configured and use my line out from the UX1 as the input to my G-DEC 15 and it becomes my sound output when I play. I use the POD Farm 2.5 software as my amp modeling software and have no effects on my G-DEC channel. My amp essentially becomes my sound monitor like this.

Pity I have to configure it this way but I guess it is what it is...

Hi bkirkman75,

We are sorry to hear that you were not able to get your Fender® G-DEC® 3 configured to work with your set up. The amp should work on Windows as an ASIO device with the use of our Fender® Universal ASIO driver. With Mac OS X, the amp should work directly through Core Audio. If we can be of further assistance, please get in touch with us directly via the information provided below.

Best Regards,
