Hi,
I just received the Hal Leonard Eric Clapton book and SD card for my G-DEC 3.
In following the instructions to use the amp to load a preset, I insert the Clapton SD card, and then I get to the Utility menu on the amp and then use the soft key to arrow to the Import screen. The screen then shows "No SD card found"

Help!

Yeah, my ZZ top SD card is the same. My 3-30 doesn't recognize the card nor does my desktop card reader.

What did you end up doing about it?

If your G-DEC will still recognize other SD cards, get in touch with Fender at consumerrelations@fender.com

My G-DEC would not recognize the ZZ Top SC Card and neither would my computer car reader. I got in touch with Fender and they sent me a new one.

Jerry

You know, Fender very is good on "making good" stuff that doesn't work right. That is one of the many reasons I dig Fender products. Great warranty and customer service, great technicians, instruments, amps and web site. Get in touch with Fender and see if they'll send out a replacement or "trade in".

Good to hear you've both had good luck with Fender.
I sent an email to consumerrelations@fender.com on Friday, so I hope to hear back from them soon.
Thanks for the feedback!

Yep, you have a bad SD card... Fender should replace it.

Just realized I never followed up on my post.
Anyway, I emailed Fender a few time and never got a response other than their automated response that someone would get back to me. After waiting about 10 days I finally called them and actually got a person. He was very helpful though and mailed me out a replacement SD card which I received in 2 days! So, an eventual happy ending.
I have the SRV and Clapton cards now, and like them so much, tried to purchase others from Fender, but apparently they are all gone.
Does anyone know where else to get them...probably not for $9.99

You can get them on Amazon for closer to $30. You can't get ZZ Top anywhere though!

I have all of them except Clapton, Doors, Acoustic and Country. That $10 sale from Fender was awesome!

You have to stick that card in and test it right away though... lots of bad ones in the bunch!

Yeah. . .I don't come here much but I will contact fender to see if I can get another card. I haven't done much with any of those $10 book/SD card lessons since I got `em. :-(
